In the photo Vivian’s Birthday at Garden Club 2000:

The birthday honoree is Vivian Reynolds (Mrs. Lee Reynolds) of Woodland Drive, Boone NC who gave tirelessly of her time and physical efforts to beautify Boone with many flower beds around town. To her right is Margaret Derrick (Mrs. Ray Derrick) her friend and neighbor on Woodland Drive. Both women contributed immensely to the growth of the town as did Mrs. Stallings who owned Stallings Jewellers.
