Description

This image is of a bust of Dorothy holding her dog Toto, both characters from "The Wizard of Oz." The bust rests on a stone column and has a golden plaque below it. The plaque has a quote from the character Dorothy: "If I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own backyard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with." Aerial views of mountains are visible past the bust, over short walls that appear to be an observation deck. This slide has a processing date of September 1970.
