Description

This item is a black and white photograph of four men and three woman posing in front of a car. The porch of a house can be seen to the left with two young children standing by one of the posts. This image was on page 72 of the scrapbook. The people in this photograph are reported to be Fred Norris, Lib Taylor, Clyde Norris, Junelia Wilson Taylor, JW Norris, Alice Taylor, and Joe Taylor. They are at Junelia's old home on the New River in Watauga County, not far from what is now Tabernacle Baptist Church. Junelia was originally married to Franklin Monroe Norris, but remarried Lee L. Taylor sometime after he died in 1901. This photograph was reportedly taken in the 1930s. The home still stands and is owned by the Taylor family.
