Description

This is a black and white image of the Blackwell and Smith wedding in August 1956. This image shows a bride and groom walking between pews in a stone-walled room. They have linked arms and still wear their wedding attire, presumably exiting the wedding right after the ceremony. The bride holds a bouquet. Candles and plants can be seen behind them. People sit in the pews watching them exit. This negative was in a torn glassine envelope labeled "Blackwell & Smith Wedding 8-56."
