Description

This item is an unused postcard with an image of the Administration Building at Appalachian State Teachers College (now Appalachian State University) in Boone, NC, on the front. This building was built in 1924 and destroyed in a fire in 1966. The administration building is a three story brick building with large stone columns on the front. A low stone wall sits at the forefront of the image. The back of the postcard indicates this photograph was taken by Ed Carver, but the postcard was produced by W. M. Cline Co., out of Chattanooga, TN.
