This unsigned, carbon typescript dated February 13, 1970, which was probably intended for publication in a trade magazine, explains a birthday postcard promotion run by the Appalachian Theatre in parternship with a local bank and insurance company. Recent research provided by Gary Boye indicates that the movie advertised with the image for this promotion (seen in items 001 and 002 of this series) showed May 23-24, 1965, and again on December 4, 1965.
