This item is a newspaper clipping with an article about a meeting of stockholders in the Boone Association of the Federal Land Bank. The meeting was held in the Appalachian Elementary School auditorium. The article lists the speakers at the event and what they talked about. There are two accompanying images of the speakers and the audience at the event. This is the only item found on page 15 in Rufus Edmisten's sixth scrapbook.
