This item is a newspaper clipping with two note cards glued to it. The clipping is a photograph of three people at a hearing. Each person has a microphone on the table in front of them. There is a mustache drawn on one of their faces. One of the note cards has a parody description of the image and the other has a handwritten note which reads "Rufus for Congress." This item is on the bottom right of page 35 in Rufus Edmisten's sixth scrapbook.
