This item is a letter written by Rufus Edmisten and addressed to Senator Sam Ervin Jr. The letter is Edmisten's resignation from Ervin's staff. This letter was typed on some paper which had information about the Separation of Powers Subcommittee at the top. This is the only item on page 50 in Rufus Edmisten's sixth scrapbook.
