This image shows Boone during a large flood. There is a person standing on a bridge which is almost flooded. A few roads and parking lots in the background have also been completely flooded. The ground seems to also be covered in snow and piles of slush. The left side of the image does not seem to be flooded due to some riprap which lines that side of the river. There is text printed on the slide which reads "Feb 83."
