All men are identified by the typed caption and handwriting on the back of the image. The handwriting reads " Scott Walsh, Boomer Ferguson, Harry Yates, Doone" and the typed caption reads "These adventures will head up the Daniel Boone Wagon Train. (L-R) Scott Walsh, Ferguson; Harry Yates, Boone; Ivey Moore, North Wilkesboro; and Dewitt Barnett of Boone. Barnett is the Wagon Master. The other three are scouts. Moore is chief scout." There is a stamp on the back as well dating this image to July 25, 1964.
