This picture is a color slide of Poplar Hill Drive during the blizzard of 1960. On the slide "60 snow" is written in pen. The image is pink due to Still Image degradation. The picture is of the area around the neighborhood during the snowstorm of 1960. The picture was taken from a high vantage point and shows the road, fields, and mountains covered in snow. There is a house at the bottom of the hill as well. Intersected through the entire landscape are many telephone poles and wires. The road itself had been shoveled recently but was still white with snow. The fields are also populated with farms with fences delineating their boundaries.
