Description
This picture is a color slide of the 1963 Daniel Boone Wagon Train. On the slide, "For history" is written in marker and "Wagon Train 1961 or 1962" is written in pen. The picture shows the parade as it travels through King Street. There is a crowd of people near the St. Luke's Episcopal Church and another person walking on the sidewalk on the other side. In the road, there are quite a few horse riders and a horse-drawn carriage. Most of the riders are in cowboy costumes with cowboy hats. The carriage has illegible writing on its side. On the right side of the road, there is a street sign that says "College St." On a telephone pole there is an advertisement for an auction to be held on July 6th.
