This item is a color postcard of an L-shaped building. In the center is an American flag flying from a flagpole, flowers, a table with a striped umbrella, and what looks like a pool. Text indicates this to be the Hemlock Motel in Blowing Rock, NC featuring a heated swimming pool. The motel was owned and managed by Mr. and Mrs. E. Harvell Wolfe. It was made by W. Walter Bowers out of Atlanta, Georgia. It was sent to Detroit, Michigan on October 22, 1967 from Blowing Rock, NC. Handwritten in pencil on the back is $1.25.
