Description

This image shows a scene from Horn in the West that portrays a dance by Native Americans. Actors are dressed in stereotypical loincloths and have body paint on. Many of the male actors have feathers on headdresses or other adorning garments, while women hold staffs with feathers. The stone retaining wall of the stage can be seen in the bottom of the image. The drum for the dance can be seen on the left of the rock the "chief" stands upon, and the "princess" can be seen on the right of that same rock. This photo was found in a sleeve with other items between the fourteenth and fifteenth pages of the photo album.
