Description
This image shows two women, three men, a young boy and young girl. In front of the group is what appears to be a three guns leaned together in a pyramid. Two men are wearing bullet holsters under their coats. The young boy appears to have a shotgun aimed at a squirrel in a tree to the right of the photograph. There are two dogs lying in the dirt in front of the people, and what appears to be a dead ruffled grouse. The back of the photograph states " Sip, Bud (?), B. G. Thompson, Callie Shell, Hattie Greene, Earleen, Dudley Greene, Crathie Shell Guy." Image appears to date to circa 1906. According to the donor the group appears to be at Jim Shell family home on Bethel Rd.
